Bangkok is full of rooftop bars overlooking the metropolis. Ever since a scene from the the Hangover Pt II movie was filmed at the Lebua Sky Bar in Bangkok, there has been a rise in visits and the search for roof top bars with an astonishing view. Here I have gathered a short list of my top five favourite magical views of Bangkok varying from temples, riverside restaurants and sky bars. Check out the list below and why not give them a visit when you’re in town.
Please remember to dress smart casual when visiting these places, so for men that’s no sports shorts and sandals to avoid being turned away.
1. Wat Saket or the Golden Mount

Offers a view from the top of the golden temple which was built on a man-made mountain.
